The late, great Ron Hardy made it an anthem at the Music Box. Regular plays by Ron Hardy made this track an anthem for early house music culture. In the context of Ron Hardy's DJ sets, this track creates a feeling of hedonistic acceleration. This addresses the problem of the time scarcity of working people, who work all week and party at the weekend with limited leisure time. Later house genre tracks were purpose made to address the problem of partying against the clock, for example I've Lost Control by Sleezy D or No Way Back by Adonis.
